Pricing & Invoicing
U2.com Mart offers the most exciting selection of U2 merchandise available anywhere on the web. When you make a purchase, you will not be charged until your order actually ships. All prices are in U.S. dollars. For international orders, your local bank that issued you the credit card may automatically convert the total U.S. dollar price into your local currency.

Ordering Process
Click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to purchase. You will then be brought to a screen that shows all the items in your shopping cart. If you wish to add more items click on "resume shopping".

When you have finished placing items in your cart, click on "Checkout Secure". This is located on the shopping cart screen.

You will then need to answer a few questions pertaining to your shipping and billing information.

After you have finished these steps, your order will process. Shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

You may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, for your online purchases. U2.com Mart utilized FanFire fulfillment services- the name that will appear on your credit card is FanFire/Signatures Net.

If you wish to purchase by check, please send your check or money order to the address listed below. Please be sure to include your name, ship to address, product number, description and size.


State Sales Tax (U.S.A.)
is charged on all orders. Why? Because U2.com Mart is part of Live Nation Merchandise. We manufacture and sell U2 merchandise at live music events in every State and worldwide. As a "clicks and mortar" business entity, we are required to charge sales tax on all the merchandise we sell, online and offline.

Soon, we anticipate that national legislation will require all e-commerce brands to charge applicable sales tax. We are simply ahead of the game! Thank you for understanding. We think our premium quality merchandise makes it all worth it, and hope you do too.

Because charges for shipping and handling and gift-wrapping are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged applicable state sales tax.

Custom Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Availability
As a rule of thumb, the products are always in stock. From time to time, however, we may experience a surge of purchases for a particular item, which causes the item to be placed on backorder. If the product you wish to purchase isn't available, we will notify you by email within 48 hours after your order is placed and let you know when you can expect it. U2.com Mart makes every effort to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Once the product is back in stock, it ships immediately to you.

Typically, merchandise that is in stock ships within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. If the item you order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

International Shipping
If your order is under $100 and under maximum weight/size requirements, it may be shipped via SurePost With this option, your order is expedited air express to UPS's international distribution center and will arrive to your address via your local postal service.

Shipment should take 10-12 working days. The actual delivery date can vary from country to country depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Additional custom's fees may apply depending on your country's duties.

Orders over $100 will be sent traceable via UPS Expedited Mail Service.

U2 Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund, under the following conditions:
  • Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories
  • Music merchandise (tapes, CDs) must be unopened
Naturally, we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from U2.com Mart.

1-2-3 Process
Just follow the 3 easy steps below:
  1. On your packing slip, please write the reason for your return.
  2. Wrap the merchandise securely and box it with the packing slip.
  3. Affix the return label from the front of your packing slip on the package and ship to the address indicated on the label. *
*We prefer that you use UPS (U.S.A.), Royal Mail Parcel Service (Western Europe/Mediterranean) or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper.

Returning a Gift?
Just return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry, we won't let them know about your return.)
Please be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift.

Damaged or Exchanges Items
We're sorry, we are not able to process exchanges online. Please contact us via phone or email. Exchanges originating from and shipping to United States addresses are usually delivered within 2 - 3 weeks from time you put the exchange in the mail, as long as the product is available. If an item is on back order, delivery may be delayed until product is available. If an item is discontinued you will be notified via email by our Customer Service Department. Product must be sent with original packaging. For damaged items please contact our Customer Care Center. A replacement will be sent if available, if not a refund will be processed.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-615-1324 within the United States or +1-9434-244-7300 for outside of the United States. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order and you must follow the returns process describe above.

Refunds
Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. If the return is due to our error, U2.com Mart will refund the entire cost of the original order including shipping.
