How do I place an order? You can search by artist or music genre. Once you have found what you are looking for, select the size (if applicable), indicate the quantity, and click on "Add to Cart". It's that easy! You will then go through the checkout process to complete your order. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been received.
Is it safe to order from a Trusted Partner site? Your confidence is of the utmost importance to us when you are making purchases from one of our trusted partner services. We require our partners to utilize the latest SSL encryption methods to ensure your private information is secure.

How do I pay? Orders are completed online with a credit card or your debit card displaying the Visa or MasterCard logo. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
Did my payment go through? When we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an email, call us at 1-800-767-7160 or +1-434-205-7049 (for international callers) before placing another order.
Can I place an order over the phone? Yes. You will need to provide your credit card billing information to one of our Customer Service team members and they will process the order for you.
International Orders We ship orders outside of the United States. If your order is under $100 and under maximum weight/size requirements it may be shipped via SurePost. Orders over $100 will be sent traceable UPS Expedited Service.

Shipments should take 10-12 working days. The actual delivery date can vary from country to country depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Additional customs fees may also apply depending on your country's duties.

What is a Pre-Order? Live Nation Merchandise is proud to offer hundreds of items that can be ordered on our site before they are released. Each item is assigned a release date, which represents the scheduled date on which the product is available to be shipped. These release dates are provided to Live Nation Merchandise by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice. In the interest of keeping our customers as informed as possible, Live Nation Merchandise will update these date changes as soon as they are made available to us.
How do I pre-order an item? Simply add it to your shopping cart just like any other item. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and providing you with an order number. Though a credit card is required to place a pre-order, it will not be charged until your item ships (so please be sure your card is not due to expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship).
When will I be charged? You will not be charged at the time you place the pre-order. Only when your item ships will your credit card be charged. If you order additional items along with your pre-order, you will be charged for each item as it ships.
Back ordered Items: Will I be notified if my item isn't in stock? If the product you wish to purchase isn't available, we will notify you by email within 48 hours after your order is placed and let you know when you can expect it. Live Nation Merchandise makes every effort to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Once the product is back in stock, it ships immediately to you.
